HIGH PERFORMANCE TEAM TRAINING
At the OAC Sport Advantage centre, your team will be led through intense workouts designed to meet the needs of your specific sport, including hockey, basketball, soccer and football.
Your first session will include a complete fitness test measuring speed, power and agility. These tests will help determine the initial fitness level of the team. The testing will be done again halfway through the program to measure the team‚s progress, as well as at the end of the program to ensure that your team reaches their specific goals. |
