PERSONAL TRAINING PACKAGES
The OAC is proud to have the best personal trainers in the city. Our trainers are qualified, up to date, motivating and interested in helping you reach your fitness goals. Our Head Trainer, Eric Gagnon not only has 20 years experience as a personal trainer but is also is an elite athlete, placing 9th in the World Power Lifting Championships in 2005.

Personal training can save you time and frustration by teaching you how to get the results you want, and then maintain your new fit self. There are a number of training packages to choose from:

3 FOR $129: for new members only. Time limited offer expires one month after purchase.

ONE HOUR SESSION Open to any member, and is available with all our trainers. $60.00

ONE AND A HALF HOUR SESSION Open to any member and suggested for the first timer who needs some “face time” with the trainer to clarify goals and time/energy concerns. $85.00

SEMI-PRIVATE Get a friend or several friends together and our personal trainers will develop a group workout for you. This is a great way for friends to explore the weight room and get into resistance training. (Note that to receive an individualized program a private session is required.) $35 for each participant

BAKERS DOZEN 12 one hour or one and one half hour sessions plus one free bonus session. Our best value and the most effective way to reach your goals. There is a one year time limit after purchase of this package.
• 12 - 60 minute sessions $720 or
• 12 - 90 minute sessions $1020

REHABILITATION TRAINING One hour training sessions to get the client back on track after injury. $60
