| LEAD COACH PROGRAM How is one to combine group and individual lessons, Match Play and tournaments, athleticism and fitness, so that all are included, and in the proper quantities and qualities? How does this fit in with school, and other interests or priorities? What, exactly, should be focused on at different stages of a year? Answering these and other questions effectively requires the guidance and support of those with long experience and training. |

| THE LEAD COACH BECOMES THE MAJOR RESOURCE FOR PARENTS AND PLAYERS BY TAKING THE LEAD IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS: |
| a) |
PRIORITIZING within short, medium and long-range frameworks |
| |
|
| b) |
PLANNING of all elements of tennis mastery, including tournament schedules, training periods and content, time off, etc., based on priorities and in consultation with players and parents |
| |
|
| c) |
CONSULTING the lead coach is above all a trusted advisor, able and willing to communicate and assist where needs and questions arise |
| |
|
| d) |
MEDIATING where appropriate, with schools, associations, sponsors etc. on behalf of the student |
| |
|
FEE $540 - $950 per year ($45 - $80 per month for 12 months)
PLEASE NOTE that Individual Advisory Meetings can also be arranged, with hourly fees varying according to the teacher. |
