| TINY PHOENIX’S TAE KWON DO PROGRAM (4 - 8 YEARS) This program contains a detailed curriculum focused on improving preschool aged children’s basic listening, respect, discipline, motor skills and most importantly life skills. These skills will help them enter society with a more confident and enthusiastic approach. We believe that the years between the ages of 4 and 6 are the most important in a child’s development. Our program can enhance positive development in a fun and motivating way. |

| CHILDREN’S TAE KWON DO PROGRAM (9-15 YEARS) The Children’s Tae Kwon Do classes start your child off in a program that promotes a well-rounded workout program while at the same time installing self-confidence and respect for oneself and others. Your child will learn the martial arts basics, goal setting, and have a lot of fun. Good values are reinforced so your child will grow into a respectful young adult. |

CHILDREN’S TAE KWON DO COMPETITIVE CLASS (8 years and older)
One of the main functions of the class will be to introduce the concepts of sparring safely with other children. Students will learn footwork and kicking drills while being introduced to Olympic sport of Taekwondo. Students develop a strong work ethic in these classes which stress physical conditioning, mental preparation, mind control and Olympic Taekwondo fighting. Competitive Taekwondo classes are meant for people who are looking for fitness and interested in this dynamic new Olympic sport.
Classes will be taught by the only Canadian National team coach in Ottawa and members of the Provincial and National team. |

| ADULT TAE KWON DO PROGRAM (16 AND ABOVE) The adult Tae Kwon Do program teaches students Tae Kwon Do techniques that help further develop the students to better defend themselves in real life situations. In these classes you will also be introduced to the newest addition to the Olympic Games. This program helps the students increase physical condition, flexibility, energy and decrease stress while learning this ancient Korean Martial Art. |

| TEEN AND ADULT KICK AND CONDITIONING CLASSES (13 years and older) This class is a high-intensity workout that will increase your strength and flexibility while burning fat. This is a high energy, explosive, and motivating workout that blends elements of martial arts, sports conditioning and aerobics. Classes focus is to get in top shape and to reduce stress and everyone is able to do it. |

| COMPETITIVE TAE KWON DO PROGRAM (13 years and older - Blue belt and above) This program teaches the Olympic of Tae Kwon Do through intense workouts that will challenge all serious Tae Kwon Do athletes both physically and mentally. All classes are taught by current provincial team trainer / coach and National team members. Phoenix Tae Kwon Do Academy is represented by the top team in Ottawa-Carleton region and one of the top teams in country. |
