TOTAL CHALLENGE WORKOUT WITH EVA TSHUNZA

An exceptional program for beginner and intermediate levels who are looking for a total workout! This program will help you see great results. Individual needs will be addressed as well as those of the group.

BE READY TO CHALLENGE YOURSELF WITH:

  • Abdominal exercises
  • Cardio (machines and kick boxing)
  • Stability and Medicine Ball workouts
  • Circuit programs with weights and stability balls
  • Aquafitness
  • Bosu

DAYS: Monday and/or Wednesday
TIMES: 9:30 am - 10:30 am or 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
FALL SESSION: September 8 to December 15 (15 weeks)
WINTER SESSION: January 5 to April 6 (13 weeks)
SPRING SESSION: April 20 to June 22 (10 weeks)
Fee: $10.00 per class
