HIGH PERFORMANCE TEAM TRAINING
At the OAC Sport Advantage centre, your team will be led through intense workouts designed to meet the needs of your specific sport, including hockey, basketball, soccer and football.

Your first session will include a complete fitness test measuring speed, power and agility. These tests will help determine the initial fitness level of the team. The testing will be done again halfway through the program to measure the team‚s progress, as well as at the end of the program to ensure that your team reaches their specific goals.

   
PACKAGES AVAILABLE
1 Session: $130/team
10 Sessions: $120/team per session (1 session / week for 10 weeks)
15 Sessions: $110/team per session (1 session / week for 15 weeks)
20 Sessions: $100/team per session (1 session / week for 20 weeks)
     
* Maximum 18 players per team.
* Duration of 1 session: 60 minutes.
PERSONAL TRAINING OPTIONS: Personal training is available for individual high performance athletes as well. This type of training will be very similar to team training, but will focus more on the individual athlete. A sport-specific program will be developed based on the athlete‚s strengths and weaknesses.
