LEAN & FIT Lean & Fit is a structured, 10 week program designed to get you in the best shape of your life. Lean & Fit includes circuit training classes, resistance training, student workbook, body fat composition analysis tests and a nutrition seminar.
FIRST STOP - NUTRITION! When you enroll in the Lean & Fit course you will attend a comprehensive nutrition seminar to educate you on the most advanced scientific methods for healthy weight loss. You will learn what to eat, when to eat and how to combine your food groups to give you more energy and promote fat burning in your body without losing valuable muscle.
RESISTANCE TRAINING You will learn how to use weights and resistance bands to develop muscle which will help you burn more calories and reshape your body. We offer you instruction and classes for resistance training as part of the circuit training.
SEE THE TRUTH AND THEN MOVE FORWARD The course also comes with a 10 week body fat composition analysis. We keep stats on your body measurements, weight, body fat, and take a before and after picture to show your improvements.
MOTIVATION Our classes are motivating with ongoing inspiration and plenty of coaching and encouragement from your instructors.
THE FIRST STEP TO A NEW BODY To begin the program, all new clients attend a one-on-one consultation with one of the trainers. During this meeting, you will have your first body fat test analysis done. You will also receive an overview of the nutritional plan and how each Lean and Fit class will work. You will constantly learn throughout the program how to exercise and live healthy!
